What is your cancellation policy?

I appreciate that life can throw curveballs, as life typically does! I can totally empathise with this.

Please do reach out as soon as possible to let me know if you need to cancel! I'm happy to hold credit that can be transferred to a future booking, if this is something you aren't comfortable with, a refund can be arranged dependent on how early the notice is.

What areas can you cat-sit in?

 I am currently covering N12, N20, N6, N19, N3, N2, N1, EC1, EN4, EN5, NW2, NW3, NW6.

However, I may be able to cover your area! Just drop me a message using the contact form at the bottom of the page and I can let you know~

How early should I book?

I recommend booking as early as possible especially for any bookings for the big holidays, such as Christmas, Easter and Summer holidays~ If you are uncertain of your dates but you have an idea roughly, I'm happy to put in provisional dates until you have your dates confirmed.

How are payments done?

I kindly request payments via BACS (bank transfer) before the start of the booking. It can be any time up until the day before your travels.

Yes I do! I'm currently insured via Pet Business Insurance Ltd, click here to see who they are~
